When: We set up a time together, Monday-Wednesday between 10am-4pm is best for me but I am willing to coordinate other time(s)
Where: In person at my Home Apothecary in Cottage Grove, an agreed upon location in Eugene/Springfield or Video Call
Cost: $45 for 30 minute session or $65 for 1 hour session
During our consultation I’ll lead you through a conversation structured to help me better understand what you are experiencing and why you’ve sought out an herbal consultation. Some clients focus on a specific physical imbalance, others are seeking natural ways to improve their energy and vitality. We’ll discuss what your daily life is like, how you nourish yourself, what your sleep is like and what herbs, supplements and/or medications you take already. I’ll ask you to fill out a brief intake form prior to our consultation. Together we’ll build a plan to incorporate herbs into your life.
